Flat-Cord-Transmission-Belts (SF-Cords) have only one ply of reinforcement cords (endless wound and laid in rubber). A special wrapped fabric fixes the cords transversal and protects the reinforcement against mechanical influences.
 
SF-Cords are available in 3 different materials and constructions (Rayon, Aramid or Polyester).

Dimensions and tolerances
 
Transmission-Belts are produced in widths of 30 mm up to 500 mm (grading 10 mm) and in lengths of up to 40.000 mm according to the customer wishes.
 
Because of the production tolerances and the elongation at installation the transmission belt should have a conveyor take-up length.

Applications
 
Drivers with high number of revolutions and high belt speeds - temperatures between - 30° C and + 80° C.    

Belts with low elongation for special applications have often high dynamic demands and high requests for strength and running properties. The production of endless produced textile belts is without any splice in the belts.
 
Advantages

Endless produced textile belts have an EP-fabric according to DIN 22102 and are available up to a strength of 1.600 N/mm. Depending on the application you can choose the right cover grade and special constructions as surface profiles, sliding bottom or with special nutes on request.
